This policy explains what personal data we collect through this marketing website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors to gaiasystem.co. It does not cover any separate GAIA product application you may use under a specific agreement.
If you complete the “Book a walkthrough” form, we collect the details you provide: your name, your work email address, your role and sector, the kind of content your organisation publishes, and the “cost of being wrong” options you select. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and prepare for a walkthrough. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.
Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., which forwards your message to us. Formspree acts as a data processor and handles the data in line with its own privacy terms.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which pages are viewed). Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies; instead, visitors are counted using an anonymised hash derived from each request, which is reset daily and cannot be used to identify you or to track you across other websites. The data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers. Vercel processes this analytics data on infrastructure that may be located outside the European Economic Area; because no personally identifiable information is collected, this does not change the protections that apply to you.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be present are those strictly necessary for the hosting platform to serve the site securely.
